Nosara Kambo, Yoga & Retreats

Yali holds a space that feels deeply safe, nurturing and filled with love. Through our series of kambo sessions, she’s touched my heart in such a beautiful way. She witnesses without judgment, guides with ease and creates a space where true healing can unfold. Each session with her was both potent and powerful. While I entered ceremony for several reasons, addressing my eczema was one of them, and the experience has been profoundly supportive. I couldn’t recommend sitting in ceremony with her more.

Yali is one of the most remarkable human beings and practitioners I've ever worked with. Her authenticity and genuine approach feel like a rare gift in today's world and I'm so grateful to have received from Yali both as an individual and as a retreat leader. I've been on the receiving end of Yali's grounding yin classes, energizing vinyasa classes, and incredible ability to hold space with kambo. Similar to how there are some waves you'll always remember, there some yoga classes stick with you - Yali's classes are at the top of that list for me. Every time I'm in Nosara, I make a point to take multiple classes with Yali. Yali has also been an integral part of nearly every retreat I've run the last few years, supporting our guests through both yoga and pranassage. Yali does an amazing job of meeting each person where they're at and leaving them feeling deeply cared for. We still have guests from years ago bring up Yali's classes and pranassage. If you're in the Nosara area and looking for someone who can hold space for you to turn inward while feeling nurtured and supported, you've found your person.

Yali is such a gift. Her presence is grounding and her words are like gold! Every class feels like she’s speaking directly to your heart. She shows up fully, every single time, with so much wisdom, compassion, and authenticity. Practicing with her has been truly transformative.
