Nick Stolerman is one of those extraordinary people who just operates from a place of calm. We have worked with Nick delivering tailored wellbeing sessions to our employee network for carers, and the energy he brings to each session, even virtually, is one of peace and relaxation. Nick is certainly an expert practitioner, in discussing the wellbeing needs of our carers he created bespoke virtual wellbeing sessions combining chair yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques that our community found invaluable. We were also lucky enough to book Nick for our in-person conference, where his practice really shone. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick for corporate bookings (he has a knack of unravelling even the most uptight executives!); yoga. mindfulness, meditation or his wonderful gong baths.

We have used Nick in our workplace to host 6 weekly desk yoga and meditation sessions for a couple fo years now, and have found that the sessions are relaxing for our employees.
