GoogleBrigid was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful. I have chronic back issues and was suffering from severe nerve pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. Brigid is extremely friendly and very invested in her work. She takes a lot of effort to design her pilates session according to individual needs. She is retraining my body to help take pressure from areas that have been overworked for decades. Brigid watches what I am doing, how my body moves and continually wants feedback on how my body is feeling. She then changes the session to suit my bodies reactions. Brigid knows anatomy extremely well and understands what exercises are best to strengthen and improve my posture and core. My body feels so much better by applying the exercises she has given me and I look forward to seeing her every week. I highly recommend Brigid to anyone who needs to reset their bodies in the best possible way. It is obvious that she is passionate about pilates and really enjoys seeing improvements in her clients bodies by giving them relief from pain and seeing results from the exercise she gives.
Highly recommend Brigid’s classes particularly for anyone who feels like they’re starting at the beginning fitness wise. I started doing 1 on 1 classes, to small group classes and now primarily use the online ‘Pilates at home’ classes as my strength and alignment improves. Brigid is a great teacher who breaks down movements so they’re easy to understand and ensures that you perform them safely. I also really recommend the Pilates at home membership, lots of great recourses on there and it’s a great cost effective way to supplement in person classes :)
When I first started Pilates with Brigid I was concerned about losing my physical strength and coordination as I aged. With her knowledge and her gentle insightful teaching methods Brigid has made me feel fit and strong. I am so much more aware of how I move plus I always leave my class having learnt something new and feeling good.

Hi My Name is Kate, I have been attending Brigid's classes now for over 3years, regularly participating in her Saturday mat class. I have also attended duo sessions with a friend, as well as individual sessions, using Brigid's reformers, and working with Brigid to develop individual programs I can use at home. I struggle with Osteo Arthritis and my goal is to build strength and better mobility in a safe way. I continue to work with Brigid because I trust her. She has a sound knowledge of the human body, and how it works. Brigid made it her business to ensure she had all the information about my needs and limitations, which allows her to assist and guide me to gain the best results for MY body. Brigid is a highly professional Pilates instructor and approaches all of her classes with genuine passion for what she does and always has your wellbeing as her top priority. Brigid gives clear instructions and explanations that allows you to gain a better understanding of your own body, how it works and how it moves. Brigid is an excellent Pilates instructor, and I recommend anyone to give her classes a go.
