Where do we start. When we first met Suzanne I was struggling to sleep through the night and was basically not enjoying life much. Now we both have a full nights sleep, reduced or very little stress and an overwhelming feeling of calmness. Suzanne also regularly checks up on your progress and is genuinely passionate, caring and interested in your progress. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
Learning TM with Suzanne has been one of those best things I’ve given myself in my life. “It’s a gift for life” I have tried so many different meditation techniques, groups, apps etc but TM is the only meditation that takes me to a wonderful deep, mind refreshing space so easily and effortlessly. It benefits me all day. It was so simple to learn and there’s no ongoing costs or lessons required after learning it. I’m convinced TM was the right meditation for me.
