Such an inspiring course from start to finish, one filled with education, wisdom, warmth, compassion, and as much support as you could ever want or need. There was never a silly question, and such a supportive environment that I felt I could ask anything or share any experience I experienced, which was always met with wisdom and kindness. As for the meditation itself, the course has given me the tools I need to be able to do meditation myself, which is already improving my life and has inspired me in so many other areas. Jason is truly an amazing person, with such a big heart and very down to earth. He even checks in daily with inspired meditation photos and encouragements over the 30 day challenge which has been a big comfort and motivator. I owe Jason a massive massive massive thank you, for not only giving me the tool of how to do meditation, but in inspiring me to change my life!

Having unsuccessfully attempted to incorporate meditation into my life numerous times in the past, it has been hugely rewarding to work with Jason (and Jomo!) of Monkeymind Meditation to develop a practice that is now an integral part of my every day existence. I had the pleasure of being taught to meditate with Jason a few years ago and have to say it absolutely changed my perspective on life. I had recently lost my Father and learning the meditation practice helped me work through my grief. I also found renewed clarity and vigour for my work and life in general.
