GoogleLearning to meditate from Mira was a very simple process from start to finish. She is a friendly, approachable and professional teacher who was always available to support with any questions that I had throughout my learning experience. Whether I had technical questions about the benefits of meditation (of which there are plenty!) or questions about the history of the Vedic tradition, Mira always provided timely and comprehensive answers that put me at ease. If you're in search of a little more peace in your life, more energy and better/deeper sleep then I'd highly recommend learning to meditate with Mira!
At the beginning was not sure about starting meditating because of the commitment but then after meeting online with Mira I liked the idea to have a mantra to repeat every day. It seemed to be easy and it is! During the courses I have discovered the power of meditating. I felt more relaxed and I could noticed how thoughts can lead your life if you don't let them be and then leave you. Mira taught me the vedic meditation with kindness and clarity living space for questions. She is achievable and open to guide you after the course answering to your questions thoroughly. I feel more relaxed and I improved my relationship with others because I feel more connected to myself.
Having never felt able to meditate 'properly', this 5000 year old method is a revelation and Mira's teaching of it is exemplary. Her depth of understanding through her own experience and training means you finish the course feeling confident both of the technique and the personal benefits. Mira is kind, down to earth and an excellent teacher whose manner will work well for a wide range of people.
I have not had any prior experience of meditation before signing up to Mira Meditation. I was somewhat sceptical and not sure what to expect before attending the course but had been advised it could help with severe Chronic insomnia which I’d been suffering from for the last 9 months. I found Mira to be always welcoming to our small group and highly skilled at passing on her knowledge of how to meditate in a very simplistic and easy to understand way. The improved sleep I have experienced has been incredible. To be honest i can’t quite believe how meditation has helped my sleep so much and these improvements began immediately. I have gone from sleeping 0-4 hours per night to 6-7 hours a night. Prior to this meditation course I had tried everything to improve my sleep without success. I can’t thank Mira enough and highly recommend.
