Melbourne Kids Yoga and Creative Dance

My children have been attending Elanor's creative session for several years now, they are providing important life lessons that I hope will shape them into the people they are in the future. She takes the time to truly understand your child and support them individually. It is a nurturing environment for them to truly be themselves. I cannot recommend these classes enough! They are a truly wonderful space that Elanor pours her heart and soul into creating.

Elanor is fantastic and our 5 year old is so excited every week to get to class. Every session is different and you can tell Elanor puts so much thought and effort into them. The first part of the session is always yoga based and the second half is focusing on body awareness and connection. I love listening to the kids enjoying themselves and watching them carefully move through the tasks. There's also a very nice wind down finish, which really puts the focus on them slowing down and becoming more mindful. We will be back for next term for sure!

Elanor is a wonderful and skilled teacher, providing magical, engaging, expressive and creative classes for the children. My young daughter has really benefited from the calming emotional regulation tools she’s learnt there, as well as loving all the fun creative things as well.
