GoogleThe group at mediation town has been very supportive in keeping me on schedule and helping my stay aligned with my goals to acceptance and detachment. The classes are available 8am -10pm and you’re able to easily join the online sessions. Ive been joining the meditations both online and in person for about 2 months and it’s helped me through some difficult issues and has been a huge benefit to my daily routine and growth. I’m notice myself having more of a peaceful mindset where as before my practice, I was easily drawn to being overly emotional. Thank you to all the teachers at Mediation Town.
Before meditation I had always had a lot of anxiety and depression. I had tried many different meditations, as well as self help and various therapies to relieve my mind. I was able to find temporary relief, but over time my problems got worse. After trying and failing to find something that created lasting change, I started practicing the guided meditation here. I practiced meditation every day. In the first few weeks my mind started to change in ways I hadn't experienced before. Until then I had learned many techniques to use when I felt anxious or depressed, but now I found myself just not feeling anxious or depressed anymore. I would be in situations that I had previously found stressful, and I felt relaxed. Not only that but I started to feel happy. Now my anxiety and depression have completely gone away. I feel happy, and I don't worry about the future or feel overwhelmed. I am much more active in my daily life, and I find myself just taking action in situations that I might have procrastinated in previously. I can confidently say that this meditation has improved every aspect of my life. My relationships have drastically improved, especially with my family. I am better able to earn and manage money, and I enjoy my life. It's difficult to put into words just how much my life has changed for the better. Thank you Meditation Town!
Being at Meditation Town both in person and online, has helped me tremendously for the past month. I have been in difficult circumstances needing to work with a lot of pain and things that are out of my control. I learned to stay present and allow images or feelings to come up, which has helped me go through my difficult experiences with a sense of agency. The environment feels supportive, with a lot of flexibility and direct communications from Won, Gary, and Davon. It feels like a safe space I can go to where I am allowed to go at my own pace and be supported. Some of the practices could be taken a little personal, but the meditations here are offered with care and positive intention. I notice the more open I am to my experiences, the easier it is to allow and practice nonattachment through meditations. I also appreciate that the experiences anyone could get from the meditations can vary, and there’s no right or wrong way to experience them. The people here are kind, patient, and attentive. Being in this calm space has helped me stay more present with myself, build resilience, and be more disciplined to attend to my health. I’m very grateful for this experience.
5 STARS!! My meditating with Hollywood Sunset Meditation/Meditation Town has proven a positive transformation. Before this meditation I experienced intense personal stress to where I was physically, mentally, spiritually being affected with lack of sleep, TMJ, moodiness, and high emotional reactiveness . Meditating with Hollywood Sunset/Meditation Town, with an open mind and by trusting the process I experienced immediate results with 3-4 online sessions consistently per week, more if possible. Half hour sessions with the impactful short videos are perfect for my scheduling. Results such as sleep routine, calmer and focused, TMJ suffering gone, relationships improving due to the transitioning and learning. I have a large family and extended family, large circle with family, work, extensive boards/committees, and results show more peace and less controlling needs/desire. Also have improved not only spiritually and physically but also focus, productivity, and completion of what is important. With meditation I understand and accept what is. I am less reactive and intense, or unbothered. I look forward to continuing with meditation for health and mindset, relationships, and peace. Thank you Hollywood Sunset Meditation!
Meditation Town is such a great place to start your mindfulness journey! They make meditation beginner-friendly and approachable, while also offering great accountability to help you stay consistent. The community feels supportive, and the guidance keeps you motivated even on busy days. Highly recommend for anyone new to meditation or looking to build a steady routine. I started this meditation because I was feeling constantly overwhelmed. Through this meditation, I learned a sun visualization method focused on dissolving body awareness. After practicing, I feel less reactive, more grounded, and better able to manage stress. In my current life, this shows up as steadier moods, clearer thinking, and better emotional regulation overall.
