The mum and baby yoga with Rachel has been brilliant - she is very welcoming and the guidance she gives allows you to adjust the yoga flow to what works for you postnatally. Helpfully my baby also seems to enjoy the class so far. The main focus of the class is yoga for mum which is great, then at various points but there are short singalong sections for the babies, a few toys and bubbles. That alongside watching the others in the room and Rachel's interactions has kept my baby entertained.

This is the beautiful little studio where I fell in love with yoga in 2019 - I'm now a teacher myself and I really credit LIY for getting me hooked. Even though I no longer live in the area I still log in for online classes every now and then. The quality of teaching is so excellent, the classes are inclusive but challenging if you want them to be, and Hayley is a really kind and welcoming owner. Couldn't recommend them more.

Rachel hosts the most wonderful mum & baby yoga class. The movement is perfect for postpartum and I'm always so glad that I've attended. She is a great teacher and is so welcoming and kind to the babies. The pregnancy yoga was brilliant too with Patricia. An overall lovely studio.
