I’ve been seeing Dr. Roy for a few months now with about 5 visits. I’ve been to both the jersey city and now the pompton plains offices. I could not say enough positive things about the staff and the experience here. Always greeted with a smile and extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff at the front desk. Dr. Roy is a master at his craft. Extremely smart with a wide knowledge of the human body. He is extremely thorough and never rushes you out. He is also very genuine and really does care about his patients and solving whatever problems they have.
The entire staff is amazing at JSQ office. No waiting, always on time with their schedule. Dr. Roy is VERY knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients. He always provides different options or aproaches how to address the root cause of health issues. He genuinely cares about his patients that when I leave is office, I am well educated and informed. (To the receptionist, nurses, billing office everyone has been so nice and helpful)
Dr. Roy always take his time to understand me and my health concerns. He asks many questions and engages me in discussions about my health needs. Dr. Roy does an amazing job helping to ease my back and neck pain. He usually ends the appointment by reviewing the follow up plans/things to do as discussed earlier. Dr. Roy is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Overall, fantastic doctor!
