As someone very very new to yoga, I was a bit reluctant and self conscious that I wouldnt know any of the poses. Non the less I wanted to learn and start my journey in a safe space and ease of convenience close to home. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction than Kel’s Vinyasa Flow class! Kel created such a welcoming and supportive environment, which really put me at ease. The Flow is thoughtfully structured to be accessible for beginners, with clear guidance and adjustments that make it easy to follow along. Kel’s encouragement helped me feel confident, even when trying poses that were challenging. Today I left feeling accomplished, relaxed, and motivated to keep coming back. For anyone new/advanced in yoga, Kel is the perfect guide and I would highly encourage and recommend you to try this studio. *Pilate lovers out there - I just noticed they also do hot Pilates*
I love Hot Yoga and use to attend a practice elsewhere before moving. I had previously met Kel as a teacher at the other practice. I was so happy to find out that Kel had opened her own business here in Oxenford. So I did 3 weeks intro and now I am ready to sign up for 50 classes. Atmosphere is great, clean, friendly and very professional. If you really want to stay "sane and fit" this is the place for you. Oxenford Hot Yoga.

Joining Fire Shaper has been an absolute delight, it has brought me wellness for my mind, body and soul. This was something I never had thought about doing, with no yoga experience it became something I wanted for myself. Six months on, I’m so appreciative that I started. You can progress at your own pace, be within your own space and comfort. Now I look outside my environment, and the community of people at this studio is so amazing.
