Hot Yoga Journeys

I have been going to Hot Yoga Journeys 10+ years. They are by far the best hot yoga studio. They offer so many different classes, and every single one of the teachers is amazing and offers their own unique class! Can not recommend Hot Yoga Journeys enough

I started coming to Hot Yoga Journeys about 2 years ago after having two babies back-to-back (18 months apart). I was not in a good place mentally or physically, and I can’t begin to express how much this studio helped me. Offering an 8pm class is a huge benefit, so I can go after my kids go to sleep. All of the teachers I’ve had have been incredible, especially Dennis, who always emphasizes gratitude for what our bodies are able to do. They are focused on training body AND mind. The studio itself is super nice, clean, and calming. They keep it HOT. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. I can’t recommend Hot Yoga Journeys enough!

Been coming here for over 2 years and I LOVE this place. It is a sanctuary for mindfulness and wellbeing. All instructors and participants are so friendly and welcoming. Love the variety in classes and the warm atmosphere. Here’s to many years ahead practicing here. 💫

Elvis and company at HYJ are fantastic. I have been practicing yoga for many years and it is my passion. I have been coming here on and off for about 9 years. At this studio they are wonderful, warm and confident guides while leading us through thoughtful flows. I had a beautiful session today with a YTT, Giselle. She was great and I loved her creative flow and spirit. Keep up all your good work HYJ, I am so appreciative ❤️

What a gem. I have tried many studios but this one is like no other. The energy is so peaceful and the staff are delightful. Genevieve a soft voice feels like a warm hug on a cold winter day. I highly recommend this studio! The classes Are great! , the studio is clean, and the vibes immaculate.
