Having not practiced yoga for years, I immediately felt safe as I was welcomed by Heidi’s warm, loving energy and into a beautiful space. This carried right on into our practice as we were encouraged to listen to our bodies, while she moved us through each sequence of poses…also with hands on adjustments (with permission) which I love!. She made this a very joyful, challenging and mindful experience for me. I floated out into the day grateful for having met Heidi!. I highly recommend!
