Dr. Perkins and her team are warm, compassionate, and professional in every way. Dr. Perkins treats each pet with such genuine care and expertise. This is the only place I’ve come back consistently and I will only keep coming back here. It’s honestly hard to find a vet who combines medical skill with true kindness, but Happy Tails does just that. I was recommended here by a friend early last year because of her great experience with the staff here as well. Overall an excellent vet!

Happy Tails is probably one of the best clinics in the city! My cat had some dental issues and needed two teeth extracted. I had been to another clinic in the city that gave me an exceptionally high quote for the treatment. Wanting to explore more options that would be best for both my cat and my financial situation, I walked into Happy Tails without too many expectations. Dr. Perkins explained my cat’s condition in great detail and offered a very reasonable price for the dental care. I was beyond happy to know my cat was in great hands—and now he is healthy and happy!

I've seen some recent negative reviews about this clinic, and I feel compelled to speak up—because I have been going here for years, and the experience my pets and I have had is the complete opposite of what’s being said. The doctor at this clinic is one of the most compassionate, dedicated professionals I’ve ever met. From day one, it’s been clear that this isn’t just a business—it’s a place where animals are truly cared for, and where every decision is made with their wellbeing in mind. My pets have received nothing but gentle, thoughtful, and thorough care here, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with their health. It’s upsetting to see negative comments from people who may not have even been here in person. If you’re reading those and feeling unsure, I encourage you to visit the clinic yourself. Don’t base your opinion on a single post or someone else’s story without full context. It’s easy to misjudge when you don’t see the whole picture. Unfortunately, online platforms sometimes spread misinformation quickly, and not every review tells the full truth. What I can say, from direct and repeated experience, is that this clinic treats every pet like family, and their compassion is real. If you truly care about finding a vet who puts animals first, come see for yourself. I stand by this place 100%. While we were on vacation, our dog received exceptional care at this veterinary office, and we couldn’t be more grateful—especially to the vet tech, Adrian, who looked after him. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable, compassionate hands. Adrian went above and beyond to make sure our dog was comfortable, well cared for, and treated like one of their own. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, kindness, and clear communication throughout our time away. It made our vacation much more relaxing knowing our dog was receiving such excellent care. We received daily texts with photos of our dog. In every picture, he looked very happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office and their wonderful staff!

Incredible team- we have been seeing doctor Perkins for over a decade with every single one of our pets. But what really makes happy tails stand out is their team. It starts from the moment you walk in. Adrian has become an incredible staple and great at coordinating. This is an office with heart, with intent, with love.
