Have been practicing with Sean and the team for over a month now and the benefits have been incredible. It's really remarkable how a small shift in perspective can improve your quality of life. I find myself applying the lessons of meditation outside of the sessions and it has really helped me to be a more centered and emotionally aware person.
Sean is great! He helped me understand where my anxiety and discomfort with myself was coming from. And he had clear practical steps on how to address the things holding me back. You can tell he’s really thought through mindfulness and meditation. At first I was hesitant, but the more I listened to him and talked to him, the more he made sense and the more motivated I became to be consistent with my own mindfulness practice. Very nice relaxing sessions that has helped me in getting rid of various mind images/pictures and trying to find my true self. The sessions are very calm & introspective…I highly recommend the process in order to get closer to the universal truth.
