Love love love the new location of GTP in Gowanus! It’s bright, spacious, cheerful & reformers are well spaced out. The teachers are all really great and I leave ever class feeling energized and worked out! I love coming to class here and stopping at sixteen mills after for a pastry! Highly encourage everyone to check out this amazing studio, you won’t regret it!
I've been taking classes 3-5 times a week for almost a year now (at this location and Atlantic Ave). I love the GTP fam. Truly, my body has never felt better. I not only feel stronger, but I see a difference. As a girlie with endo, I was feeling very out of control of my body, but after 3 months with good time, I started to feel in control of it and like my body was mine again. I'm noticeably stronger, have less daily aches and pains, and feel energized to do more activities. My go to instructors are Nat, Mariko, Macey, Catherine, Bailey, Sam, and Megan, DJ Rock. Highly rec if you're even considering pilates (plus you can't beat the price in the neighborhood!)
I took a class here during the opening weekend and loved it. Sam led the class in a challenging, but fulfilling way. I especially loved the mural - it helped to look at it when things got hard :)
Great Pilates studio! The classes have a limited number of spots, which is fantastic because it allows the instructors to really guide you and correct your form. The atmosphere is welcoming, instructors are awesome and the workouts are challenging in the best way!
Great class! Patient and knowledgeable instructor, movements felt manageable but challenging. I haven’t been to a Pilates class in years and was pretty rusty, but I would absolutely come back to Good Times.
