Something my daughter has wanted me to do for quite a while and finally able to! Staff is great with communicating about appointment & information. Tara made me feel at ease and was very thorough with explaining the process. After the Colonic my daughter also treated me to the Infrared Sauna (one person) - that was a first for me too - amazing! There’s a wonderful shower to take afterwards. I’m so grateful I had a wonderful experience and would do it again! I just finished my 7 days detoxing it was the most liberating thing. I feel clean, free and 11 lbs down.
