Eva Kornet Breathwork Experience

Eva Kornet's class is incredible! I was looking for a practice I hadn't tried before and the first breathwork class I took made me feel incredible and refreshed. I was shocked by how easily I was able to let myself get into the headspace. It doesn't hurt that her voice is incredibly soothing!!!!

Eva’s 1:1 breathwork sessions have been so profound and truly life changing for me. Where ever you are in your journey, she will welcome you with open arms. Eva has so much wisdom that just being around her can be of healing. In my experience, she really got to know me and understood what it was I wanted to work through. In our conversations, she offers ancient wisdom and thoughtful advice and helps me understand my intention for the session. Eva is powerful in her ability to hold space and work with energy yet so gentle and loving. I could not recommend her offerings enough. Also, the space in which she holds sessions is beautiful and inviting :)

Eva’s breath work was a divine and primal experience. After the class I felt light as a feather as if I could float over the sidewalk as I left. The anxiety I had prior to the class was completely removed. And I say this as a professional tennis player.

I had a healing session with @evakornet and well thank god she exist ✨ I’m happy she decided to follow the path of healing to become a support for us. Because we needed it! We do need it! & let me say it, it’s not the easiest path, one need to face the darkness to be able to hold space for others authentically. Not all of us are ready for this. Eva is ready, she gets it. She knows what she’s doing & She’s humble. She welcomed me in her beautiful space in Brooklyn with an open heart and mind. She was fully present to me! She said it I’m not scared of your darkness. I’m here for you, you can be your whole self. I can take it. We’ll face anything that shows up. She had the right words, she asked the right questions. She was so generous with her time end energy. More than competent I felt she was true to herself, she was embodying her real self. So I felt safe. I felt seen and understood because she gets it. She knows what darkness is and she’s not trying to hide it. She’s not trying to be perfect and pretend that she knows it all. Or that she has it all figured out. She actually helped me connect with my human side. We talked, we explored a little about my energy type with human design. It was interesting but then we went deep, to the serious thing, the Breathwork! For so long I couldn’t really surrender to the breath. I did it with her & waw I had a lot to release. I cried my heart out, even throw up all what I was carrying. I could feel the traumas in my body. I could feel again. I could feel. I could feel my human side. Eva was my colleague at frequency Breathwork. Even if we met many times last year, at that moment I was not ready for her healing. I had to travel so far to seek healing in ancestral wisdom, try plant medicines when the healing was there right in front of me; in the neighborhood. Thank you Eva 🤍

Eva is truly a human treasure. I attended one of Eva’s breath work classes 3 years ago , so I knew that her therapy session for couples would be a great experience. I am glad to share that it far exceeded my expectations. Eva creates an intimate atmosphere and has an open mind while sharing unique insight based on her years of dedicated work as a healer.
