GoogleTried their hot fusion class but it’s too hot for me (got super dehydrated and dizzy right after) i think i got all the sweat just because of the heat and not the yoga ahahaha, but overall it was a nice experience cause the instructor is nice and the movement is ok (just hard to follow in those heat) might try their other class that are not too hot! The place is niceeee, big, and cleann! Love the changing room cause they have lockers, toilet, shower, even hairdryer and dry shampoo (soo nice!) the studio itself is very full a bit cramped between people… especially in those heat… oh and you can rent a towel there as well!
Clean and esthetically pleasing modern space! Large options for classes. Excellent instructors that offer options for beginners AND for seasoned yogis to practice at their edge. Clean showers. Lockers for valuables. Assigned spots in the room when you check in. As a visitor to the city I appreciated the €25 for 3 classes introduction offer. Thank you!
Very nice studio and always clean. Specifically, I had a class with Kendra T and I have to say she is a great teacher. The class felt like a hug for the soul and body. I felt so good after this class, what an amazing energy. How nice when you see that a teacher does the class with all her heart and is so present. I am looking forward to having more classes with her! I do not get the same feeling with all the teachers in Amsterdam, usually it feels like they are not present and that shows on the vibe so much!
Nice studio with a good amount of classes to choose from. Teachers are usually good and I like that they offer different heat levels. I like the aesthetic of the studios. Sometimes it can be quite crowded in the shower and changing room.
Probably one of the best hot yoga classes I have taken. All the classes are available on Classpass if you were just visiting Amsterdam like me. Strong Flow with Marlon was 10/10 challenging yet super relaxing.
