GoogleI have been coming here for a bit and I generally really like it. It’s not necessarily a studio to come to for deep practice, but it’s a good and consistent workout particularly the sculpt classes. My biggest gripe with this studio is simply that they overpack the classes. We pay way too much money, particularly if you go unlimited, to be stuffed into your spot to the point where you can’t even fully extend your body without encroaching severely on someone else’s space. The 6:45/6:15 weeknight sculpt classes might be the worst offender for this. All that said, I would die for Tyler R who teaches at this location a couple times a week (he can be found elsewhere in the city different days).
first time here and really enjoyed it! Marie knew exactly what she was doing and everyone was super nice which is kind of rare in these classes. 10/10! def will come back. Everything was clean and had everything i needed.
Had a great experience personally, Alison was a fantastic instructor and the class was very smooth and effective, will definitely come back.
Took my first Yoga Sculpt class at CorePower with Valerie Merla and absolutely loved it! The heated environment helped my muscles open up, and the class had a great balance of strength training, cardio, and deep stretching. Valerie was an outstanding instructor—high energy, great music, smooth transitions, and a warm, motivating presence. She kept the class flowing and made it both challenging and fun. I left feeling strong and refreshed. Highly recommend Valerie’s class if you’re looking to sweat, sculpt, and stretch it out!
