My first CorePower Yoga class was today with Alexis. The class was great because of her. She was very motivating and kind and extremely good at her job. The only issue I would say is that although overall I think the gym is very clean, the yoga mats they offer for rent have a very strong odor. I got used to it and took a shower in their very clean locker room after class, but the smell in the beginning made me second guess if I was using a clean mat. I did switch it out but they all had that same stink. I understand it must be difficult to clean them but I’ve been to other studios and renting mats never made my nose scrunch right away like that. Although this is just feedback and I’ll be back tomorrow and probably will rent a mat again for convenience Lol.
