Fantastic Studio. Very clean, modern and stylish and so calm, relaxing and healing. Friendly helpful staff. I was prescribed by my Dr infrared saunas and ice baths. I went to Contro Wellness with great trepidation. But the staff eased me into it and made me feel very comfortable about the whole experience so it turned out to be a great experience for me. Highly recommended!!

I treated my partner on her birthday. We had a couples mineral soak, couples steam and Jen had a massage. Place was lovely, staff were awesome and very helpful. And it was externally well priced. Will be coming again soon !
Oh my god I’ve tried this place twice now and loved it! They have so many different types of relaxation rooms. I’ve particularly enjoyed the mineral salt baths and the traditional sauna with cold plunge bath! Highly recommend and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
