The experience was wonderful. I recommend Shirodhara as it puts you into deep sleep and relaxes your body and mind like never before. I also recommend the Abhyangam. Madam Shipra who is the one in charge of the massage centre is warm and understanding, and puts you in deep comfort before and after the massage. Everyone in the centre is caring and wonderful. Must visit here if you are in Rishikesh.
I did the package including Ayurvedic massage, shirodhara, steam, and Ayurvedic facial. It was fantastic. Sushma really knew what she was doing. Her massage was wonderful. The Shirodhara was so relaxing I fell asleep and was very soothing. The steam box was very nice. I think it’s really good to detox. And the facial was wonderful. My face is so soft. All in all I highly recommend this Ayurvedic center! Shipra and Sushma who run it are so sweet, welcoming and have great energy. Very nice to be around them. I will definitely be back for more treatments!
