It has elevated my approach to sound healing work, and I am thrilled to expand my offerings in the healing arts with the special crystal bowls. I had the pleasure of attending Nadia's "self love sound journey" experience and felt compelled to writer a review. First off the studio of Buffalo Firefly wellness was absolutely beautiful and visually stunning with their array of crystal sound bowls. The experience itself was wonderful, through guided meditations, visualizations and the beautiful integration of sound and voice, I was able to carry the intention and experience throughout my week. I would definitely encourage those to allow themselves this type of wellness and book with Nadia!

The moment you walk into Buffalo Firefly Studio in NY, you can feel the beautiful, uplifting energy. It’s one of the most stunning crystal alchemy singing bowl studios I’ve ever visited. The owner Mary-Lynne is incredibly gifted and knowledgeable about the bowls, crystals, and energy healing. This truly is a special, magical space, and I’m so excited for anyone who gets the opportunity to experience it!

I had a lovely experience at Buffalo Firefly for a sound bath with Neha on 11/1. The space is gorgeous with an incredible selection of sound bowls. I really appreciated the comfortable mats, head + eye pillows. It makes a big difference for a laying meditation for me in terms of comfort and presence. Neha is a gifted practitioner and I appreciated that she grounded us but also supported us in our own experience. There was such an array of sounds, some really unique. I would highly recommend Buffalo Firefly for sound baths and I would love to attend another one!

I am so thrilled that Buffalo Firefly has opened a location in NYC. I had such an incredible experience purchasing my crystal tones bowls with Mary-Lynne. She took time & care listening to my feedback on the set I envisioned and guided me in such a thoughtful & caring way. The new space is absolutely stunning and has a large inventory of bowls to choose from. I am really looking forward to attending soundbaths in the new space. It truly feels like a healing sanctuary tucked in a corner of Greenpoint BK. The space radiates such warm, welcoming, peaceful energy.
