Robert is an expert in meditation and his excellent meditation sleep course has significantly helped my sleep and my mental health. I highly recommend Robert's sleep course. It has helped me develop different breathing techniques and the mantras help calm my mind at bedtime and when I wake up in the night. Robert has a wonderful spiritual, calming and reassuring way of teaching and is supportive and willing to explain and help you. I am so pleased I found Robert and his sleep course. Robert is a man with exceptional wisdom. I started meditating back in 2017 when I attended Robert’s 6 week course. Whilst developing my practice, my outlook on life has changed for the better. I’m more calm, secure and connected to the world around us. I still regularly attend Robert’s drop in classes both in person and online, and attend his deepening online course, where I obtain in depth knowledge on the workings of the mind. Robert’s invaluable guidance and wisdom over the years has given me the tools to discover my inner self and that awareness, has allowed me to accept who I am. Robert is such a good teacher and mentor, I have done his courses, day retreats, pop-in classes and virtual sessions. I always feel so relaxed as soon as he starts speaking and his wealth of knowledge is immense and his philosophy interesting. He made my introduction and journey into mindfulness and meditation an easy and enjoyable one. Now I have moved away from Bromley, I listen to him virtually. I found his classes when I was going through a difficult time and he set me on a journey of discovery. I would definitely recommend him.
