GoogleI have struggled all my life with anxiety, depression and other issues. I never really thought I was good enough I didn't understand what true happiness meant. I found Brisbane Meditation online and contacted Steve I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived for my first session but Steve was really easy going and the centre was welcoming and calm. After attending guided meditation with Steve on a regular basis I started to calm down my anxiety pretty much disappeared my mood lifted and life got alot earlier to navigate and understand . The meditation at this centre has changed my life. I would reccomend this centre to anyone, any age it really works!
The centre here is very calming and offers such a lovely space to connect to your meditation practice. Steven - one of the teachers, has been awesome in providing this centre and helping others to connect with the meditation methods. He has been very helpful to me since joining the practice. Since coming here in July, I have noticed a difference in feeling calmer, less worried and a sense of feeling grounded and clear. If you are seeking or wanting to release thoughts, beliefs and patterns that are blocking you in some way, I would recommend going to this centre and trying out the meditation method this place offers. Hi my name is Mandy Thomas and I have been coming to Brisbane Meditation for a few months. I am a alcoholic and since coming back I am learning the discard at home. I am greatfull for the Meditation as it has helped me deal with anger and restments. As I am 56 days sober from alcohol I believe that this works for me like I'm doing the steps in a different method. I love this and I am so greatfull to have Steve helping my journey of recovery. Many thanks Brisbane Meditation. My life is manageable and it has not been manageable for all of my life. This has actually saved my life as my last bust for 3 months I nearly died. During the most difficult period of my life—when panic disorder made it impossible for me to feel even the beauty of nature—I discovered this meditation, and it became my healing. Since beginning this practice, my narrow perspective has opened, and I’ve become free from all the stress that once weighed on me. I’ve been meditating for over ten years now, and I live each day with gratitude for the life I’ve been given and with a warm love for the people around me. I find small moments of happiness every day, and I live with a joyful heart.
Beautiful space and the meditation session was brilliant. Steven did an great job explaining meditation and guiding us through it. The meditation left me feeling more conscious of the present moment and gave me a sense of contentment. Looking forward to the next session 🙏
