This yoga studio is an amazing opportunity to try out a range of classes, from high temperature Bikram to pilates, meditation, and other forms of non-heated yoga like Ashtanga. They offer a $59 2-week intro that lets you try out a few classes and their unlimited packages are a reasonable price. I'm glad they offer the intro because I wasn't sure if it was going to be for me, but now I'm hooked. I really adore going to Anne, Brian, and David's classes. They are great teachers who correct your posture and lead you to success in these poses. You can tell they love to teach, which makes it even more enjoyable being a student. I always feel amazing at the end of class and feel it's given me both physical and mental discipline which is priceless.
