For a long time, I was searching for the right yoga studio in Manhattan — one with reasonable pricing, a convenient location, and multiple types of yoga in one place. Over the past 12 months, I tried six different studios across the city. After investing significant time and energy into finding the right fit, my choice finally settled on Bhakti Center Yoga Studio. What makes this place different is not just the classes, but the overall impact on my life. The variety of offerings — Hatha Yoga, Stretch & Restore (Restorative Yoga), Pranayama, and Mantra Meditation — creates a complete system for physical, mental, and emotional balance. Since practicing here consistently, my back pain has significantly improved, my body feels stronger and more aligned, and my sleep quality has noticeably increased. Even more importantly, my stress levels have decreased, I feel calmer and less reactive, and my focus and productivity in business have grown. This studio is more than just a workout space — it’s an environment that supports real transformation. If you are serious about improving your health, clarity, and overall quality of life, I can confidently recommend Bhakti Center Yoga Studio based on real personal experience.

Bhakti center is now my favorite yoga studio. I’d heard about it from a friend and started coming here after a teacher I really liked (MaryAllison) started teaching here. Each teacher has their own style so I encourage you to try multiple teachers. So far I’ve gone to classes with Jamuna, Brinda, Pooja and Vera - all have been amazing but somewhat different in pace for the Bhakti Flow classes, with Jamuna’s Monday class being the fastest and Vera’s Friday class being just what I need to slow down and end the week (still a challenging class though). What I really love about Bhakti center is that it’s not just a yoga center, it’s a cultural, spiritual center, and so they weave yogic philosophy into each class. I can honestly say it’s been helping me cope much better with every day stressors of life far beyond the yoga mat, and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you to all of the teachers and staff at the Bhakti center 🙏🏼
