I have to admit I was a little sceptical when I first decided to learn meditation from Will. I liked the idea of meditation, but coming from a totally non-religious background, I wanted to understand the science behind it all as well as learn the process. So, Will assured me that he was the man for the job and I signed up for the weekend course. I have to say, by the end of the weekend I was a believer! I thought Will was very impressive - He had a great balance of knowledge, enthusiasm and was an excellent teacher. He was able to handle any question our group threw at him and handle them very very well. I have come away extremely excited and motivated to practice meditation and am now a week or so into my own experience of it. My main observations so far are increased energy levels in the day and I am far more relaxed. I'm sure there are many more to come, but this is a pretty awesome start! I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking to start meditating... he's the man! :)
You won't meet more lovely, genuine people than Will & Jess - generous with their time and spirit, always happy to answer questions at any time of day, and who have your best interests at heart. You can't say that about too many folks these days. As for meditation itself, it's transformative. I get up a lot earlier, have far more energy, and most importantly it's my crutch when life takes the inevitable dip - it grounds and centres me when life seems overwhelming. Best money I ever spent!
I went to Will's free talk in Soho and was completely fascinated within minutes of listening to Will speak about the incredible benefits that meditation can bring to your wellbeing. I was very interested in the physiological things that meditation can fix, particularly in how it can help balance your hormones. I signed up that very evening for the course and went along a few weeks later. I was amazed at how simple and easy it was to practice this type of meditation (Vedic) which means my two twenty minute sessions per day quickly became as routine as brushing my teeth. Will and Jess made me feel so welcome right from the start.They are wonderful, warm and inspiring people, genuinely interested in helping each and every one of us, dedicating so much of their time to our needs and offering us continued support for life. I have been meditating for 6 months now and it really has been a gift. I have seen some great benefits already. Almost straight away I started sleeping right through the night and waking up feeling refreshed, I have more energy, my aches and pains have disappeared, my headaches are very rare now ( I used to get them a few times per week), my moods are very level, stable and happy, my emotions are calm and steady, my blood sugars and cholesterol levels are all normal etc. Physiologically (weight-wise) I am yet to see big changes, as these changes require a longer process.I have been told to be patient and that my weight will one day stabilise. This will truly blow my mind when this starts to happen naturally, as I have been overweight all my life! I recently went on a Retreat with Will and Jess, which was a very deep and meaningful experience shared with 30 lovely people. This experience opened me up to the next level of meditation which is so powerful. It was complimented with simple yoga (which I had never done before!) and supported with a detoxifying Ayurvedic diet which did wonders for my digestion. I came away feeling cleansed and pure and glowing! I would thoroughly recommend Will Williams Meditation to any one young or old. It has amazed me how many lovely, interesting people I have met since starting this journey, many of whom I am sure I will remain friends with for a very long time. I have met Will and Jess for the first time in February 2015 and siNce, my life has taken an amazing new turn. The retreat I attended in October was a bliss and my life is now stress free and my issues with insomnia and food intolerance have disappeared. Will and Jess are very inspiring and knowledgeable. this technique is designed of busy, active people and I have been recommending their courses to everyone I meet for the last 10 months.
