This is the best institute for RYT YTTC courses, all the teachers are very experienced and have deep knowledge. The location is also very great for exploring the whole Rishikesh & Tapovan. Amenities are also satisfied according to the price. There is a garden in the institute for students to hang out. Consider this institute if you are planning to do yoga course in rishikesh. 👍
AYM is a great Yoga Studio for learning. I had a Blessed Teachers and Classmates are wonderful. Food is delicious. Only one thing, if they keep the dinning area clean all the time, that will be great. Hallways garbage cans should clean every day too. Mats and blankets and props should clean too. I had a really positive experience with Indian Yoga Association. Their Yoga Teacher Training programme in Rishikesh was well structured and thorough — covering asana, pranayama, meditation and other traditional practices. The curriculum feels comprehensive, and the overall environment was peaceful, supportive and well-organized. I felt that the instructors were knowledgeable and committed to helping students understand yoga deeply and authentically. Their certification (aligned with reputed standards) gives confidence that the training is serious and genuine.
