GoogleHad to succumb to the influencers and visit an Alo store for my next visits to the gym. Honestly I loved it so much, service was super nice and I got a sports bag for free. Some things I tried tho (like a linen dress whichever number I got couldn’t be fitted great) didn’t fit well. The 4 things I got (even a hoodie) are so great tho and so comfortable and can be worn anywhere.
I don’t understand the negative reviews—my experience yesterday was wonderful. Every employee I interacted with, from the greeter, to the sales associates, to the person at checkout, was friendly and attentive. Customer service is tough work, and they really did it well. I’ll happily come back. The team at Alo Hudson Yards was great!
