I recently completed my Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 training, and I feel deeply grateful and truly privileged to have taken this journey with Master Sanghamitra. She is an incredibly kind and compassionate teacher, and Reiki genuinely radiates through everything she does — not only in her teaching, but in the way she lives her life. Being in her presence feels healing in itself. The training was beautifully guided, clear, and full of heart. It was a powerful and meaningful experience for me, both personally and spiritually. I came to Aarak Reiki School, Rishikesh just to take a Reiki service, but learning Reiki there turned out to be a completely different and beautiful experience altogether. Honestly, this is something everyone should experience at least once in their life. Sangmitra is an amazing person with deep knowledge and a very clear way of explaining everything. She gives you proper clarity, not just information. What touched me the most is how caring she is. Crystal Healing with Sangha was an absolute joy—I loved every moment of it! I was truly mesmerized by how crystals work and how their beauty naturally draws you into this fascinating subject. Sangha made it so easy to remember each crystal, its unique functions in our lives, and, most importantly, how to apply this knowledge practically using our own intuition, rather than just relying on what’s written in books. She gave us the freedom to explore, play, and connect with crystals in our own way. The most exciting part for me was learning how to create my own crystal grids. Sangha encouraged me to trust my personal connection and design them in a way that felt authentic to me. I highly recommend Aarak with Sangamitra. The combination of Rieke, sound and crystal healing was truly amazing and really effective. I left physically lighter and more aligned after my treatments. A genuine and authentic practicioner, she is so lovely. If you're in Rishikesh do not hesitate to book a session. I would love to come back to rishikesh and complete the teacher training oneday.
