Google423 Yoga is an amazing studio and the classes are incredibly challenging. The teachers are wonderful from Melody, Shadeh, Sandy, Jazz, Jimmy and Courtney. I have probably had others so I'm sorry if I missed you. Amy and Lori are fabulous owners with a very clean and organized studio. I would highly recommend this Hot Yoga studio for the variety they offer and the welcoming atmosphere they provide.
423 Yoga was my first introduction to hot yoga and it has been a great experience. The facilities are spotless and well designed. I love the studio floor as it’s easier on my joints and the over atmosphere is very calming. The private shower rooms are great and well equipped with shampoo and body wash. The hot sculpt yoga classes are a great full mind and body workout and the instructors are very encouraging. Great studio, would recommend!
I walked in to this place not knowing the first thing about Yoga 423. Since I tried their 2 weeks unlimited, I’ve genuinely been excited every time. All the coaches are unique and very friendly to help correct posture etc. such a warm environment. Highly clean studio too! Love all the classes. Highly recommend trying it out.
423 Yoga is the BEST yoga studio in LA! There are so many wonderful things to say... The owners Lori and Amy have been so intentional about every aspect of this studio. The instructors are friendly, helpful and extremely talented, tailoring their instruction for every level of yoga experience. They make an effort to know your name and will spend time helping you with any pose you are working on and genuinely care about your yoga journey. A lot of other studios can be intimidating or pretentious, but this studio truly welcomes everyone. The studio is modern and clean. The schedule has a wide variety of classes and it's always easy to find parking in their secure building. Try the 2 week special - you'll want join this amazing community!
I took six of my bridesmaids to a Yoga Sculpt class with Melody as part of my bachelorette weekend, and it was an absolute blast! The music was on point—we even paused for a few dance breaks—and the vibe in the studio was amazing. Melody was so encouraging, making the challenging workout feel fun and totally doable, even for those who were new to hot yoga. If you’re looking for a fun, high-energy class with a great instructor and immaculate vibes, this is the place to be!
