Yoga for Beginners – 10 Week Course with Jen Brown

Our next beginners yoga course with yoga teacher Jen Brown starts on Wednesday, 30 April 2014 and runs for 10 weeks until 2 July 2014. Each class is for an hour from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

No experience is required. The course is designed for absolute beginners. You will be guided through the fundamental principles with breath, movement and alignment. This class offers a good foundation for you to progress to other classes and yoga styles.

The cost is $165 for 10 sessions. Sign up by 21 April and get 10% off.
