
A Quick Relaxation Method

A short relaxation to centre yourself in times of stress, distraction or to feel more calm and present :
Take a moment to focus on your breathing, feel and listen for the breath entering and leaving your body, focus your mind on visualizing your lower body being connected to the earth, imagining soft, green grass beneath your feet, cool, brown earth below this,solid rock holding you firmly below this. Then welcome and imagine strong green vines growing up around your feet and lower legs..... as you breath in, pull up the earth's magnetic force into you and release any unwanted stress or emotions down into the earth as you exhale. Do this for several breaths then let it go and come back to your day refreshed and clear.
