The daily schedule includes six morning sessions per week featuring traditional Mysore-style self-practice from 7:00–10:00 AM (Sunday through Thursday), with a led Primary Series and discussion group on Friday. Afternoon sessions run Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, featuring lectures and body awareness exercises focused on bandha, prana, and pranic patterns, complemented by exploration of Ashtanga philosophy and history. Saturday is a designated rest day.

The course tuition is THB 30,000, with a deposit of THB 15,000 required to confirm your place following acceptance. Payment is made in cash, with full payment details provided to successful applicants. Mannu welcomes inquiries from those facing financial barriers.
