Suzie teaches flowing, gentle Dru yoga classes with an emphasis on stretching and core strength to develop stability and flexibility so you feel relaxed, calm and energised. Regular classes help people to relax, rebalance and reconnect with themselves and discover how wonderful they can feel in their own body!
Suzie loves teaching people of all ages, and has a special interest in yoga for carers, and people with various problems that limit movement, stemming from her background in natural therapies and nursing.
Her regular half and whole day retreats are a popular way to take some quality "ME time" to really de-stress and relax.
