Big Little Yoga is a fun place for babies, kids and mums, caregivers and Dads to create their own yoga journey, and meet other like-minded people.

Life is fun, magical, silly and full of smiles! Be your own person, love yourself, and make Big Little Yoga a part of your yoga journey.

Specialising in Baby Yoga which is touch and movement for babies plus Postnatal Yoga for Mums which promotes bonding and communication between the two based on Yogic principles. Many of our Baby Yoga poses are to help with development and are based on peer reviewed research on child development.  We work with your Babies vestibular system which aids a child's physical ability to adapt to gravity and the development of co-ordination.  We use cross patterning which connects the left and right sides of the brain connecting neural pathways which further open up the pathways to build on for development. 

I hire a small studio which allows me the privilage of charging less than most.  We are about connectio and function as opposed to aesthetics.  We believe any body is a Yoga body and provide a space to just be without judgement with a lot of fun.
