About
Breath-centred flow yoga is a unique fusion of mindful movement and conscious breathing with purposeful holds for all ages and abilities. Coordinating breath with movement has a profound effect on the flow of energy around the body, and in supporting and mobilising the spine. Slower is stronger.
I specialise in yoga for all levels and abilities through groupclasses including in corporate environments, 1:1 classes and personalised home practices. Classes are suitable for everyone because I adapt poses to individuals' unique needs. Students are never pushed too far or left feeling bored and unchallenged.
My aim is to help you build strong lean muscles, find balance, stretch, reduce stress, heal your body and give you back some 'me time' in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Yoga helped me recover from a back injury as well as shoulder and wrist surgery. Through that process I learnt that it can be most transformative when people do it at their own pace—circling any physical, mental or other challenges indireclty.
Yoga for me is health and balance in the broadest sense.
