Each week we focus on a different philosophy, to release the things that are holding us back, and elevate our peace and happiness. Classes begin with mindfullness, peak with 15-20 minutes of flowing practice, and then wind down with postures that will allow us to soften and release. We always finish with Savasana (deep relaxation) so that you go home feeling nurtured and restored.
Small class sizes (maximum of 6 people), and supportive communication (emails and text message), mean that the classes truly can be tailored to what you you need. This makes these classes ideal for those dealing with majoy challenges in their lives: anxiety, stress, depression, inertia...
The Salt Bricks in the room make this a truly unique experience. Wonderful for supporting a healthy immune system, respiratory issues and skin conditions, Salt Therapy is hundreds of years old. Each breath you take will draw this healing mineral into your body, making every Yoga class a grounding and purifying experience.
