About
Selenge moved from Mongolia to Australia in 2010 where she discovered yoga. She studied Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, guided by the wisdom of guru Kamal Singh in India and also studied Vinyasa yoga & Energetics” from internationally renowned teacher Cat Kabira. Selenge currently teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Slow Yinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. Her class will lead you through gentle yet strong vinyasa flow encouraging you to become conscious in your movements, breath and subtle energies. The class focuses on strengthening body and mind in a gentle manner through firing up the solar plexis (chakra Center of willpower) and includes strong flow, nurturing restorative postures, breath-work and meditation.
She caters for individual needs, injuries and sensitivities, emphasising alignment and breath while holding a safe nourishing place to for her students to move and connect with their bodies. She is also the creator of Steppeyoga Tours, a yoga and adventure travel experience in Mongolia held between June and August every year.
