Classes held daily at Edgewater yoga, a carpeted light filled yoga studio, a true sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Classes are priced from $15.00 on Tuesday's at 6:30pm , $20.00 for weekday classes $25.00 for weekend classes.and in February 2015 only $15.00 (usually $22.00) on week nights. There are also 5 and 10 class passes available.
Nick has been practicing yoga for over ten years and recently returned to Australia to complete his Teaching qualification. He teaches in a gentle relaxed style to help you relax and recently completed Judith Lasater's Relax and Renew Trainer training.
He is the Author of the Sunbed Yoga book, a guide on how to relax more on your holiday without leaving your sunbed. Required reading on your next holiday!
