Connie has been teaching yoga in the Satyananda tradition for 14 years. The classes include yoga postures (asana), correct breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation (yoga nidra)

No booking required, just come along with your yoga mat (some spares)
Cost is $18 plus $3 entry to pool.
This is a unique location on the deck overlooking the pool with truly inspiring views while sheltered from sun and rain. Stay for a swim and enjoy a cuppa too!
