About

Annette Field teaches a holistic system of yoga. Having worked as a social worker and anthropologist, Annette is interested in empowering others to overcome blockages in life that restrict them from developing into the best that they strive to become. After having a total knee replacement, Annette took up yoga and found that it increased the flexibility in her knee and brought her body back into alignment. For Annette, yoga is a journey, and she is inspired to follow a path of openness, authenticity and courage, to reap the benefits that yoga offers. Drawing on her experience, Annette respectfully encourages each person to harmonize their body, mind and emotions and to develop their deepest aspirations through yoga. She pays close attention to each individual's particular needs.

Annette is a registered teacher with Yoga Australia (SYTA3840) and an accredited Satyananda Yoga Teacher A32019, having completed a Diploma of Yoga (1,440 hours of training) part of which included four months yogic studies course at Bihar Yoga Bharati, Munger, India.
