About

Alison is a Brisbane hatha yoga teacher experienced in mindfulness meditation, restorative, hatha and yin yoga.
Classes are taught in an intimate 'boutique' yoga space at Ashgrove in Brisbane's innner north west suburbs. The classes attract students who are interested in mindfulness both on the yoga mat and also in bringing more awareness, aliveness and calm into their lives. Beginners are welcome and private classes are also available by appointment.
