About

Mind Body Mend offers psychotherapy and counselling, yoga classes and yoga courses as well as special events, workshops and intensives with guest teachers and speakers. Our hope is to be involved in growing a community of intelligent, passionate and creative professionals who will share this passion and their knowledge to promote mind and body health and wellbeing.

There are yoga classes suitable for all levels of experience, all with a focus on allowing each student to work to their pace and abilities. Classes are steady paced and may incorporate vinyasa (flow), restoration, pranayama (breathing practices), meditations, and mantra. The studio is welcoming and intimate. 

If you are a new student, try and arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts to register and so your teacher can get to know about any important health issues.
