Adrian has made a 'tree change' and moved to Daylesford in early 2012. After practising yoga for almost a decade for personal health and holistic well being, he completed his teacher training (Vinyasa) with SomaChi Yoga in 2012.
The studio was established in August 2013 and a further extension was completed in November to accommodate 10-12 practitioners in an comfortable, intimate and private space. The studio currently runs 9 classes a week on Mondays - Saturdays. Termed classes, Retreats and Workshops will be running regularly too.
lè.yoga.daylesford is located in Daylesford township itself and sits on a 2.5 acre property.
