Beyond Fitness Australia is a unique Yoga and AntiGravity® Fitness experience with Vinyasa, Aerial and Yin Yoga. All ages and fitness levels welcome!
Exercise and Sports Scientist Fiona has always had a passion for health, fitness and improving human performance. She enjoys blending Yoga, Pilates, and AntiGravity® Fitness with the science of sport and exercise, guiding others to unlock the full potential of their mind and body, and fulfill their life’s goals.
She works on a one-to-one basis and through group programs with a variety of people including kids, busy professionals wanting to increase fitness and vitality, those in need of injury rehabilitation, and beginners embarking on a new path to wellness.
Fiona’s sessions are challenging, yet fun, as it’s important to her that students enjoy their practice. Fiona also works with professional and amateur athletes looking to boost their performance. She’s been teaching yoga and Pilates to athletes and sports teams for over 10 years, including Cricket NSW, NSW Waratahs, Olympic swimmers and waterpolo teams, and Sydney FC. She is the author of The Yoga Edge: Techniques to Maximize Your Soccer Game and 40 Essential Soccer Stretches: Warm-up and Cool-down with Yoga.
Fiona is a certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and has trained with Paul Grilley in Yin Yoga and Christopher Harrison the creator of AntiGravity® Fitness. She had lectured in the Fitness Industry and on Yoga Teacher Training and is currently the AntiGravity Instructor Trainer for Sydney.
