My name is Kylie and I began yoga to help heal my body and over many years my yoga practice took a back seat to my family, so not as often as I should.  I suffer from scoliosis and I could not longer live my life at a 'normal' pace.  I would keep revisiting yoga, it kept drawing me back.  I've always had a deep longing withing for 'something more' and when I practice and live my yoga I feel a shift in my whole being.

About a decade ago I found that yoga was gentle yet very effective in helping me deal with the pain in my body and also my mind.  Yoga became a way of self study and introspection, a way of looking at life that gave me a sense of peace.  It showed me how to find balance both on and off the mat.

Movements of the body with the breath will ease and release muscle tension, which in turn relaxes the mind and gives your thoughts clarity.

Yoga challenges your muscles, your balance, your flexibility the most challenging of all is the challenges it brings to your mind.  With a regular practice the space created will help you find balance and a deep peace.
