So much beautiful natural light in class and each teacher having such a special and unique flare. My only feedback is the reduced ammenities, only having one shower is limited if it’s a hot yoga class of 20+ people. Thank you for having me
I have been going to Zen Hot Yoga for around 3 years now and I absolutely love it. When I first started going to the studio I was only going twice a week, but ended up loving it so much that I now go 4-5 times a week. There is a lovely calming tranquility to the studio with it's beautiful polished wood floors and soft lighting. Zen offers a variety of instructors and classes ranging from beginners to classes that will challenge the hardcore yogis out there. In addition the timetabling fits in great with both those that work business hours Monday to Friday and parents needing to take their kids to school. Best of all you don't need to book for the classes, just turn up, scan in and you're good to go. The benefits I've gained from going to Zen Hot yoga include not only the increased strength, flexibility and endurance, but the calmness and relaxation you feel at the end of a class which continues long after you leave the studio.
I have been searching for a good place to learn yoga and would definitely recommend this place to my friends because of the ambience, quality of service and teachers that have made my yoga learning experience a great one. Thank you Zen Hot Yoga for providing such a great yoga studio. Compared to other hot yoga in Brisbane, Zen's hot yoga is gentler but you still get to sweat a lot! Every class is unique and not repetitive. Doing yoga in Zen has helped release my stress from studies and I can concentrate better after each class! They also have these detox box that act like sauna. I simply love to have my detox after yoga because it makes me feel lighter and more relaxed. Pilates is a must-try if you want to tone your muscles and abdomen. I tried once and it was really a nice workout! Will definitely go back for more after exam!
I've been going to Zen yoga for over 2 years now and would definitely recommend this place. Clean, peaceful, convenient studio located near the flower market in Rocklea. The owner, Jana is very welcoming and dedicated. Worth trying different yoga classes as styles and fitness requirements vary a lot between teachers. From high energy flow with the mighty Huong and bendy Iris, to more in-depth meditative practices with Brianna and Tanya, and anywhere in between.
